The idea is simple, connect local pastors to each other, reduce the friction of engaging in spreading the love of Christ and the gospel and support growing outreach ministries.
There are a lot of churches in our area, and it takes a serious time commitment to engage the local pastors and charities. If we could be united on reaching the lost and the youth, we can start seeing revival in our community.
Not all churches have the ability, time, people etc. to start and support ministries. We want to provide an easy path for folks to step out in faith and serve.
Our ambition is to have so many active participants that we can pursue opportunities that seemed improbable/impossible before.
Since we are still starting up we plan to keep things fairly simple. We will share events and opportunities through the website and the Facebook page (Link).
In addition we plan to send monthly emails to participating pastors about up coming events as a reminder for anything that sparks your interest. We will provide any infographics or resources you need to share this with your congregation should you wish to distribute this within your church. We do not plan to reach out to your congregation directly unless explicitly requested. Our focus is strictly on evangelism and getting out to people who may not be attending church on a regular basis so any church specific events or church growth programs will not be shared in order to be respectful of all pastors/churches participating with us.

2. Please engage and share any events you would like to us to share with other local churches. Provide as much detail as possible as to what the event is, the level of commitment (once off, weekly etc.), who to contact/how to register etc.
3. If there are any established ministries that you have connection with/support and foresee an opportunity to engage more widely to reach out so that we can discuss in more detail and see how we can open doors for folks.
4. Spread the word with your existing relationships and pass on the details and the vision for OurLocalChurch. The more united we are the more we can accomplish.
5. If God has laid something on your heart to do or accomplish and you want help please reach out. We may not know the answer but may know someone who does.
6. Permission to add your church to our website so anyone who does land here looking for a home may find your church.
1. Become even more active in our community. This generation is looking at those who walk out what they believe in.

3. If you desire to do more you don't have to do it on your own
4. Leverage the talents, gifts and energy of the broader body of Christ
